A huge thank you to FOCHS for organising a fantastic day today! The school was visited by a menagerie of animals including 6 day old lambs, a tarantula, a snake, meerkats, a toad, a tortoise, a bearded dragon, and a very, very big rabbit to name a few. The children were taught about each animal, and even got the chance to hold some. Many of our brave children even decided they wanted to hold the tarantula!
Thank you also to James and Megan from JIC Party Pets, Maldon Promenade Zoo. It was a great event, in which each class got the opportunity to visit the animals and learn more about them.
