This week, Year 2 have continued to research the Gunpowder Plot, with a focus on letter writing. Pupils imagined they were writing an anonymous letter to Lord Monteagle, warning him against the plotters and Guy Fawkes. To make their letters look authentic they stained them with teabags and were delighted with the results. Year 2 had lots of fun reading each other’s letters.
