Year 4 Impress The Audience With Their Creative Arts Show

On Tuesday afternoon, Year 4 gathered in the hall to share some of the things they have been learning in their Creative Arts lessons with their families.

The Year 4’s have been learning ukulele, working on small scripts and practising songs for the upcoming school production of “Peter Pan”.  Some of the pupils also shared pieces they have been working on in their instrumental lessons.

It was a great afternoon, starting with all Year 4 playing “The EBGBs” on ukulele, we then had guitar, piano and violin solos, an alternative ending to Goldilocks and a moral tale about keeping tidy. There was a short performance of a pirate play, followed by a sneak preview of one of the Peter Pan songs, “The Pirates of the Sea”, which ended the really great sharing session.  Well done Year 4!
