Many congratulations to Obi (Year 7), Poppy (Year 6) and Abigail (Year 6) who won 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in our recent Historical Fiction Competition. Each of them were awarded a special prize and 100 House Points.
Congratulation to Lilly (Year 4), Defne (Year 6) and Olivia (Year 4) who were awarded 50 House Points each.
There were also two lovely entries from Yasmin (Year 1) and Sophie (Year 2) who made the effort to enter and write great stories, well done! These were also awarded House Points for their efforts.
Mrs Graves would like to thank everyone who took part in this competition. She was very impressed and pleased that the stories came from such different parts of history and that they had been written so imaginatively.
All the stories entered will be collated and displayed into the library for all the children in school to read and enjoy.
